Pumpkin Bread
After scouring the web for recipes, all of which contained a full cup (or more) of oil *yikes* and/or 3 cups of sugar, I went out on my own and this is what came to be. It was a big hit at Bible study that night, btw

Grilled Turkey n Cheese

We do these in the sandwich maker, but they can just as easily be done on the stove top or griddle.
2 slices of bread for each serving
1 slice of cheese for each serving

Banana Bread
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
6 ripe bananas

Homemade Wheat Bread
I do this all in my Kitchen Aid mixer, so I’ll post it as I do it. It can be done ‘by hand’ as well though.
3 c warm water
1/3 c brown sugar, packed (can sub honey, equal amount)
4 1/2 tsp yeast
2 c unbleached flour
