Yes!!  Another chocolate cake.  And Yes!! This time with raspberries.
Hello?  Could it be more perfect?
It’s like my favorite candy bar.
Only, not crunchy.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup unbleached flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt

BMX track cake

One of Yogurt’s 3 choices for a cake this year was a BMX track.  It sounded the most appealing to me and hey..we’re total BMXicans now anywho, so, it *was* the most logical choice.
So here’s what I did:

adapted from Hershey’s “Perfectly Chocolate” Chocolate Cake recipe
2 cups pure cane sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey’s baking cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder (aluminum free)
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

Butterfly Cake

For my daughter’s 3rd birthday I made a butterfly cake.  Twas her first choice
1 box cake mix (we used strawberry, pink you know)
Mix and bake according to directions in 2 round cake pans.  Cool slightly in pans, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Dirt Cake
1 – 16oz bag Oreos, crushed
¼ cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 – 4 serving packages vanilla instant pudding
3 ½ cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip
Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
