Fruit n Cream Roll ups

Flour tortillas
Cream cheese, softened
Fruit spread
Raisins
Bananas, diced
Smaller sized tortillas work better for this.
Smear some softened cream cheese on one half to 2/3 of each tortilla. Put some fruit spread on the other portion. Then you may sprinkle with raisins or bananas or apples..you decide. Then, starting from the jelly side, roll it up.  Cut in half [...]

Playing in the Dirt Cake

Dirt Cake
1 – 16oz bag Oreos, crushed
¼ cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 – 4 serving packages vanilla instant pudding
3 ½ cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip
Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
In large bowl, combine milk, pudding and Cool Whip.
Gently add in the cream cheese mixture.
