Snow Ice Cream
½ – ¾ c sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
Whip eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add snow as needed. Add milk to achieve desired thickness.
Eat immediately. Doesn’t store well in freezer. Loses it’s wonderful consistency.
Feel free to add chocolate chips or berries to this. Play with it. Smash some mostly thawed strawberries and add those in there. Mmm
