Another oh so simple recipe. Great accompaniment to sliced apples, orange sections, grapes, pineapple chunks…
1 – 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 – 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
3 tbsp marashino cherry juice
Cream the cream cheese with a mixer for a few minutes. Just to get it nice and smooth. Then add in the marshmallow cream. Cream until smooth and blended. Next, add in the cherry juice. Mix until blended. Refrigerate. Store covered in fridge.
Variations: Try flavored cream cheese! Strawberry is just divine. You can then omit the cherry juice. Or leave it. Either way is great. You can also use other kinds of juices, try orange. Mix and match, have fun. You can also use more marshmallow cream, even double makes for a nice dip. Some think that’s just too sweet, too marshmallowy though. Again, experiment, see what you like best.
